Sponsor Suda, a female elephant living at Samui Elephant Sanctuary - Chaweng Noi. By sponsoring Suda for one year you are helping to support her daily care and provide her with a healthy diet.
 
Suda was born in 1960 in Tak Province and spent much of her early adult life working in logging until the practice was banned in 1989. She was then put to work at a trekking camp, taking people on rides day after day for decades, until her rescue in 2020 when she came to live at our sanctuary.
 
Suda is the most recent elephant to join our herd and for now is choosing to spend most of her time alone. She enjoys exploring the sanctuary and loves watermelon and bananas.
